Springform 250 g orange jam For the base: 1 1/4 cup flour ½ cup raw sugar ½ cup oil ½ cup water or soy milk 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder zest of an orange 1 teaspoon amaretto Mix the oil, water and sugar and whisk until the sugar dissolves. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything thoroughly .
