For 4 servings: 500 ml of the soy milk (or any vegetable milk) 4 tablespoons raw sugar approx. 5 cm vanilla stick  (or 2 teaspoons vanilla essence) 150 g raspberries 1 1/2 teaspoon  agar-agar Dissolve the agar-agar in a tablespoon of soy milk. For 2-3 servings: 500 g mushrooms, cut in 4 1 large onion, finely chopped 3-4 cloves of garlic, finely sliced 150 ml vegetable cream 1 tablespoon oil dill, finely chopped salt and pepper, to taste Stir fry the onion and garlic, in oil, for about 1-2 minutes. Add the ​​mushrooms  and very little water (the mushrooms will leave enough water). Cover and simmer on medium heat, stirring occasionally. When the mushrooms are cooked add the vegetable sour cream, salt, pepper  and dill. Cook for another 2-3minutes. It can be served with cooked spinach (see photo).

For 1-2 servings: 250 g mushrooms flour 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk salt, to taste oil for frying Wash the mushrooms. Coat them with flour (shake the flour excess), dip  in soy milk, then coat again with flour. Fry in hot oil, on both sides, until golden brown. Serve hot with garlic sauce.

1/2 kg potatoes 150 g flour 1 tablespoon oil spices (dried oregano / dried basil/ cumin), to taste salt and pepper, to taste oil for frying Cook de potatoes in water with a pinch of salt. Drain and mash. Allow to cool a little bit. Add the flour, oil and the spices. Mix well. Form little balls (or any shape you like) and fry in hot oil until golden. Serve as an appetizer or as a garnish.

For 7-8 servings: 3 large onions 2 carrots 2 potatoes 1 parsnip 1 small celery root 100 g green beans 100 g cauliflower 100 g  peas 1 small zucchini 1/2 kg tomatoes, peeled and finely chopped / 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes 3 l water juice from 1 lemon, to taste 1 bunch of lovage, finely chopped 2-3 tablespoons olive oil salt and pepper, to taste Finely dice all the vegetables. In a big souppan cook for 5 minutes the onions and the green beans in 3 l water than add the rest of the vegetables. Cook for another 5-6 minutes than add the tomatoes. For 2 servings: 300 g spaghetti 200 g minced spiced tofu 2 medium carrots, finely sliced 1 bell pepper, finely diced 2 onions, finely chopped 1 stalk celery (optional), finely sliced 1  small can sweet corn (optional) 2 cans diced tomatoes chili/ chili powder (optional) 2 teaspoons dried oregano 5-6 garlic cloves, finely chopped fresh basil, finely chopped 2 tablespoons olive oil salt and pepper, to taste Cook the spaghetti as directed on package. For 2-3 servings: 1 kg flour warm water a pinch of salt In a bowl mix the flour with the salt and add gradually  water until you get a dough as for bread. You can add different spices (not too many otherwise it will break the gluten). Knead the dough for about 5 minutes. Allow  to rest for at least an hour in a warm place. “Wash” the dough under running cold water (in a bowl or colander) until the water is clear (it takes approx. 10-15 minutes). Serve as a garnish and/or with  salads or  pickles.
