For 12-15 pieces:
300 g tempeh, cubbed
6-7 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
sesame seeds (optional)
skewers
Marinate the tempeh in the teriyaki sauce for at least 2-3 hours.
Soak the skewers in water for 15-20 minutes.
Thread the tempeh on skewers and grill for a few minutes on each side.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Serve with Asian side dishes and salads like: noodles, rice etc..
Pentru 12-15 frigarui:
300 g tempeh, taiat bucatele
6-7 linguri sos teriyaki
seminte susan (optional)
betisoare pentru frigarui
Tempehul se lasa la marinat in sosul teriyaki pentru cel putin 2-3 ore.
Betisoarele se lasa la inmuiat in apa 15-20 minute.
Se infig bucatele de tempeh pe betiosare si se frig pe gratar timp de cateva minute pe fiecare parte.
Se presara cu seminte de susan.
Se servesc alaturi de garnituri si salate asiatice: noodles, orez etc.
