Blueberry MuffinsMuffins cu afineBlauwe bessen muffins

For 10-12 muffins:
2 cups flour
1 cup vegetable milk
1/4 cup sunflower oil
1/4 cup raw sugar (or to taste)
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vinegar
zest of one lemon or orange, finely grated
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup blueberries
Mix all the ingredients besides the blueberries and whisk until the sugar has dissolved. Add the blueberries and gentle mix.
Pour the mixture into muffin forms and bake in the pre-heated oven, on medium heat (175 C), for about 25-30 minutes.
Check with a straw if it’s baked inside, otherwise bake a few more minutes.
Pentru 10-12 muffins:
2 cani faina
1 cana lapte vegetal
1/4 cana ulei de floarea soarelui
1/4 cana zahar brut (sau dupa gust)
1 lingurita praf de copt
1 lingurita otet
coaja rasa de la o lamaie sau portocala
1 lingurita esenta de vanilie
1/2 cana afine
Se amesteca toate ingredinetele, cu exceptia afinelor, cu un tel sau cu mixerul, pana cand zaharul s-a topit. Se adauga afinele si se amesteca cu grija.
Se toarna in forme si se coace in cuptorul incins in prealabil, la foc mediu (175 C), timp de 25-30 minute.
Se incearca cu un pai daca sunt coapte inauntru, in caz contrar se mai dau la cuptor inca cateva minute.
