Peanut sauce

200 ml unsweetened soy milk
1 teaspoon ginger powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
4-5 tablespoons peanut butter

Preheat the soy milk in a saucepan, add all ingredients, mix it well until peanut butter is incorporated and let it boil for a minute. The composition should have the consistency of a thick sauce otherwise add a little bit more peanut butter. After cooling the sauce continues to thicken.

Serve with Asian dishes (nasi rice, spring rolls etc).

Sos de arahide

200 ml lapte de soia neîndulcit
1 linguriță ghimbir pudră
1 linguriță coriandru praf
2-3 linguri sos de soia
4-5 linguri unt de arahide

Se incalzește laptele de soia într-o crăticioară, se adaugă toate ingredientele, se amestecă bine pană cand untul de arahide se incorporează și se dă un clocot. Compoziția trebuie să aibă consistența unei ciulamale groase altfel se mai adaugă puțin unt de arahide. După răcire sosul se mai îngroașă.

Se servește alături de mancărurile asiatice (orez nasi, pachețele de primăvară etc).

Pindasaus

200 ml ongezoete sojamelk
1 theelepel gemberpoeder
1 theelepel koriander poeder
2-3 eetlepels sojasaus
4-5 eetlepels pindakaas

Verwarm de sojamelk in een pan, voeg alle ingrediënten toe, meng het goed tot de pindakaas is opgelost en laat het een minuut koken. De samenstelling moet de consistentie van een dikke saus hebben anders voeg een beetje meer pindakaas toe. Na het afkoelen wordt de saus nog dikker.

Serveer met aziatische gerechten (nasi, loempia’s etc).
