For 4 servings:
1 kg green beans, the ends trimmed and cut in half
2 large onions, finely chopped
5-6 large tomatoes, peeled and diced (or 1 can diced tomatoes)
1 bunch of parsley, finely chopped
2 tablespoons oil
salt and pepper, to taste
Stir fry the onions, in oil, for 2-3 minutes. Add the green beans and half a cup of water.
Cook for about 10 minutes then add the tomatoes. Cover and simmer until the green beans are done.
Add salt and pepper to taste and garnish with parsley.
Pentru 4 portii:
1 kg fasole verde
2 cepe mari
5-6 rosii mari/o conserva de rosii in bulion
1 legatura de patrunjel
2 linguri ulei
sare, piper
Se caleste ceapa taiata marunt, timp de 2-3 minute, in 2 linguri de ulei. Se adauga fasolea (spalata si taiata potrivit) si o jumatate cana de apa. Se lasa sa fiarba 10 minute apoi se adauga rosiile decojite si taiate marunt/conserva de rosii in bulion. Cand fasolea a fiert se potriveste de sare si piper si se adauga patrunjelul taiat fin.
