Sauteed leeksPraz sotePrei sote

For 4 servings:
4-5 leeks, sliced
2 teaspoons oregano
1 teaspoon basil
fresh chilli / chilli flakes, to taste (optional)
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the leeks, chili, oregano and basil.
Cover and simmer on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
When the leek has softened add salt and pepper.
Pentru 4 portii:
4-5 bucati praz, taiat rondele
2 lingurite oregano
1 lingurita busuioc
ardei iute/fulgi uscati de ardei iute, dupa gust (optional)
2 linguri ulei de masline
sare si piper, dupa gust
Se incinge uleiul intr-o cratita, se adauga prazul, ardeiul iute, oregano si busuiocul.
Se acopera cu un capac si se lasa la foc mediu, amestecadu-se din cand in cand.
Cand prazul s-a inmuiat se potriveste de sare si piper.
