sweet pepper, cubed
zucchini, cubed
mushrooms
onion, cubed

For the marinade:

garlic, mashed
olive oil
spices (thyme, rosemary, basil etc.)

Prepare a marinade mixing the garlic, oil and spices. Add the tofu and the vegetables. Let it rest in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Soak the skewers in water for 15-20 minutes.

Thread the tofu and the vegetables on skewers and grill for a few minutes on each side.

Pentru marinata:

usturoi
ulei de masline
condimente (cimbru, rozmarin etc) sau condimente gata preparate pentru gratar

 

Se pregateste o marinata din usturoiul pisat, ulei si condimente. Toful si legumele se taie in bucati potrivite si se amesteca cu marinata. Se lasa la marinat, in frigider, cel putin 2 ore.

Bețisoarele se lasă la înmuiat în apă timp de 15-20 minute.

Legumele se înfig pe bețișoare alternând cu bucațile de tofu. Se frig pe grătar timp de câteva minute.
