Spaghetti olio, aglio e peperoncino

For 4 servings:
500 g spaghetti
5 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
dried chilli flakes / chilli, to taste
4 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
Cook the spaghetti as directed on package. Drain.
Stir fry the garlic and the chilli for 3 minutes in 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the spaghetti,salt and pepper and mix well. Turn the heat off and add the remaining olive oil.
Serve hot.
