Couscous salad

For 2 servings:

1 small cup couscous
2 tomatoes, finely diced
2 cucumbers, finely diced
1 small onion, finely diced
olives, sliced
parsley, finely chopped
fresh chili, finely sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
juice of one lemon
salt and pepper, to taste
Cook the couscous according to package directions. Allow to cool.

Mix all ingredients.

Pentru 2 persoane:

o cănuță couscous
2 roșii
2 castraveți
1 ceapă mică
măsline
pătrunjel
ardei iute
2 linguri ulei de măsline
zeamă de la o lămaie
sare, piper

Couscous-ul se pregătește conform indicațiilor de pe pachet. Se lasă la răcit.

Roșiile, castraveții, ceapa, ardeiul iute, pătrunjelul și măslinele se taie foarte fin. Se amestecă toate ingredientele și se potrivește de sare și piper.
