For 2-3 servings:

1 zucchini, sliced
1 sweet pepper, sliced
2-3 onions, ​​thick sliced

1 lingura ulei de masline
1 lingura otet balsamic
sare, piper

Dovlecelul,ardeiul gras si ceapa se frig pe gratarul incins, cateva minute pe fiecare parte.

Se amesteca cu restul ingredientelor si se potriveste de sare si piper.

1 zucchino, tagliato a rondelle
1 peperone, tagliato a fettine
2-3 cipolle, tagliate a fette spesse
pomodori, tagliati a fette
una manciata di olive
basilico e origano secchi, a piacere
1 cucchiaio di olio evo
1 cucchiaio di aceto balsamico
sale e pepe, a piacere
Fate scaldare la piastra e grigliate lo zucchino, il peperone e le cipolle alcuni minuti per ogni lato.
