1 pack silken tofu
1/4 cup sugar / maple syrup
100 g  strawberries (3,5 ounce)
3 tablespoons coconut butter, melted

strawberries for garnish

Wash the strawberries and remove the leaves. Put all the ingredients in a blender/food processor and blend until smooth.

Pour into individual forms. Allow to cool for at least an hour. Before serving garnish with strawberries.

1 pachet silken tofu
1/4 cană zahăr/sirop de arțar
100 g căpșuni
3 linguri unt de cocos topit

căpșuni pentru ornat

Căpșunile se spală și li se îndepărtează codițele. Se pun toate ingredientele în blender și se mixează până când se obține o pastă fină.

Se toarnă în forme individuale. Se dă la rece pentru cel puțin o oră. Înainte de servire se ornează cu căpșuni.
